Bremnes Data & Consulting provides customized web form creation services based on the specifications provided by the Client. The scope of work, deliverables, and deadlines will be agreed upon by both parties prior to the commencement of any project.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Requirements: The Client must provide clear, complete, and accurate requirements and specifications for the web form to be created.
  • Content: The Client is responsible for providing all necessary content and materials required for the web form.
  • Approval: The Client must review and approve the final web form before it is published or integrated into their website.

4. Payment Terms

  • Fees: The Client agrees to pay the fees for the services as agreed upon in the project proposal or invoice.
  • Payment Schedule: Payments are due as per the schedule outlined in the project proposal or invoice. Bremnes Data & Consulting may require a deposit before commencing work.
  • Late Payments: Late payments may incur additional charges or interest as specified in the invoice.

5. Confidentiality

Bremnes Data & Consulting agrees to keep all information provided by the Client confidential and not to disclose it to any third party without the Client's prior written consent, except as required by law.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: The Client retains ownership of all content and materials provided to Bremnes Data & Consulting for the creation of the web form.
  • License: Bremnes Data & Consulting grants the Client a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the web form created under this Agreement for their own purposes.
  • Third-Party Materials: Any third-party materials or software used in the creation of the web form are subject to the licensing terms of those materials or software.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • Service Availability: Bremnes Data & Consulting does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability of the web form creation services.
  • Indirect Damages: Bremnes Data & Consulting will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of the services.

8. Termination

  • Termination by Client: The Client may terminate the Agreement at any time by providing written notice to Bremnes Data & Consulting. The Client will be responsible for payment for any services rendered up to the termination date.
  • Termination by Bremnes Data & Consulting: Bremnes Data & Consulting may terminate the Agreement if the Client breaches any terms of the Agreement or fails to make payments as agreed.

9. Amendments

Bremnes Data & Consulting reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any amendments will be effective upon posting on our website. Clients are advised to review the Terms and Conditions periodically for any changes.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Norway, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
